Snake Sculptures

Axios NYC was tasked with creating a physical sculpture from a brand’s existing digital campaign. This installation consisted of two sculptures: the first, a 9.5-foot wide x 4-foot tall sculpture of the branded “T2D” carved out of foam on an 8-axis CNC with a snake wrapping around in the shape of the letters “DK”. The snake was 3D printed, hand painted and wrapped around the custom fitted letters.

The second part of the installation was a 30-inch tall resin 3D printed snake, which was hand painted and set atop a pedestal with a walnut base. A custom, hand blown glass bell jar measuring 20 inches in diameter and 36 inches tall covered the sculpture. 

This Installation was featured as part of the booths at the 2019 AHA Congress in Philadelphia, and the 2019 ASN Congress in Washington DC.
