    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    Axios NYC is seeking an Associate Producer to join our growing team. You’ll be part of a creative, tight-knit, collaborative crew that faces challenges with a proactive, solution-forward approach. We pride ourselves in providing white-glove service to our clients while producing standout trade show booths and event installations around the world.

    This is a hybrid position based in Industry City, Brooklyn, with on-site event production across the U.S. and globally. Partial remote work will be available once training is complete. Hybrid schedule to be determined by Global Congress Director.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    Pre- & Post-Event Production

    • Assist with trade show research & preparation 

    • Partner with Global Congress Director to assist in budget maintenance and tracking throughout the duration of the project to ensure targets are met

    • Submit and manage all show service orders (electric, internet, cleaning, etc.)

    • Coordinate, process and track small shipments (literature, banners, etc) 

    • Vendor communication, ordering & tracking including graphic wraps, banners & literature

    • Manage inventory of booth assets and supplies across multiple locations

    • Complete and submit damage reports

    • Create and oversee packing lists 

    • Ensure all tools, assets, and materials are accounted for before and after each show

    • Follow and update established production timelines, trackers and checklists

    • Maintain clear folder/file organization on Google Drive

    • Print and prepare event playbooks and on-site documentation

    • Manage media files for on-screen content when applicable 

    On-Site & Client Interaction

    • Act as primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and labor teams 

    • Represent Axios NYC on-site during booth setup, client check-ins, and dismantle

    • Oversee labor crews and contractors during installation and dismantle

    • Supervise and track all company-owned tools and materials

    • Manage lead retrieval systems, ipads, and other devices, including asset returns post-show 

    • Ensure shipments are delivered and retrieved by shipping partners on-site

    • Oversee booth restocking daily as needed 

    WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • 2+ years of experience in event production, project management, or installations

    • Ability to travel and work extended hours during events, including weekends when needed

    • Proficient with cloud-based file systems (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).

    • Excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

    • Strong understanding of project workflow and logistics

    • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

    • Confident and personable in client-facing situations

    • A proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure

    • Able to follow direction but confident taking initiative

    • Familiarity with booth design and fabrication processes a plus

    • Basic graphic design skills/Adobe Suite knowledge a plus (for proofing and ordering print graphics)

    • 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred
